A golf sweater.

I can never erase the image of Blaine as one of those little dogs that shivers when it goes outside in the winter, who’s constantly dressed in these tiny little old people argyle dog sweaters.

Maybe his owners even put tiny little booties on his feet when he goes out in the snow.

Kitty!Kurt is of course, too dignified for any such things.
He might tolerate a bow around his neck, though. Not any old ribbon, though. A neat little bowtie-type thing.
